The Content Creator (Digital Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing digital content that supports marketing campaigns and HR services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media, websites, email, and other digital channels.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Content creation skills, including writing, editing, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different digital platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, such as social media marketing, basic SEO, and email marketing best practices
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools
• Ability to organize and manage a content calendar
• Basic design sense and comfort working with creative tools or coordinating with designers for visual content
• Solid research and analytical skills to understand target audiences and interpret content performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience in digital content creation, social media management, or marketing (internships or entry-level roles) is preferred
