About the Role

Yum! Digital & Technology Vietnam supports the Byte by Yum! platform, which powers online and mobile ordering, point of sale, kitchen and delivery optimization, menu management, and tools for inventory, labor, and team members. The platform leverages the global scale of Yum! to capture extensive consumer and operational data that fuels advanced AI-driven insights and smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the Byte by Yum! platform.
• Contribute to features that improve ordering, kitchen operations, delivery optimization, and restaurant management tools.
• Gather and document requirements.
• Assist with solution design.
• Support implementation and testing.
• Monitor system performance.
• Help resolve technical or operational issues.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure digital products align with the needs of restaurants, team members, and guests.
• Adhere to established processes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Proactively learn about Yum!’s brands and technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in digital products or technology (e.g., software, data, or platform support), with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including operations, product, engineering, and data stakeholders.
• Effective communication and documentation skills to capture requirements, share updates, and support clear alignment across teams.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to understand issues, identify root causes, and support data-informed decisions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment and adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Relevant education in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in the restaurant, retail, or digital commerce industry; prior experience in these sectors is a plus.
