About the Role

This is a full-time remote Volunteer role with My Algerian Dream. The volunteer will support community-focused initiatives, help coordinate online events and campaigns, and assist with outreach to partners, supporters, and beneficiaries. This role is ideal for individuals who want to contribute to a mission-driven organization while gaining practical experience in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft emails and messages.
• Update social media or website content.
• Organize digital materials.
• Participate in virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects.
• Track progress and report on key activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with common digital tools such as email, video conferencing platforms, shared documents, and social media channels.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with a dispersed team.
• Interest in social impact, community development, or cultural initiatives related to Algeria or similar contexts.
• Previous volunteer, nonprofit, or project coordination experience is beneficial but not required.
