About the Role

As an Assistant in Occupational Therapy, you will support the therapeutic team in planning and conducting occupational therapy measures for patients. You will accompany patients in daily life training, assist in the implementation of individual therapy plans, and document progress and observations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of therapy sessions
• Support in rehabilitation programs
• Collaboration in the organization of treatment processes
• Participation in home care support
• Close collaboration with relatives and other specialists

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in occupational therapy and rehabilitation, with the ability to safely support therapeutic measures under professional guidance.
• Experience or interest in patient care and home care, with an empathetic, responsible, and respectful approach to people.
• Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of therapy and support programs and to work in a structured manner according to specifications.
• Teamwork skills, good communication skills, and careful documentation of treatment courses.
• Ideally, relevant training (e.g., as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or in healthcare and social services).
• Basic English skills for collaboration in an internationally oriented company.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dehradun.
