Digital Sales Intern

About the Role

The Digital Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market and customer research, and assisting in outreach campaigns across digital channels. This position offers hands-on experience in digital sales within a fast-paced AI and supply chain technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to digital sales strategies.
• Prepare presentations and sales materials.
• Maintain CRM records.
• Track campaign performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align messaging.
• Participate in client calls or demos as needed.
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills: To interpret data, assess market trends, and support data-driven sales decisions.
• Communication skills: To interact with prospects, collaborate with internal teams, and prepare clear written and verbal updates.
• Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills: To support online outreach, lead generation, and campaign execution.
• Project Management skills: To organize tasks, manage timelines, and follow through on sales and marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software is beneficial.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, or supply chain domains and willingness to learn is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
