About the Role
The SAP Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist SAP project teams in requirements gathering.
- Document business processes.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications under guidance.
- Work with master data.
- Perform basic configuration and testing in SAP modules such as FICO.
- Create clear documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with consultants and analysts to analyze business requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions.
- Help troubleshoot issues in SAP environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Learn best practices in SAP implementation and support.
- Assist in user training and support activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of SAP FICO or other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with ERP concepts.
- Basic SQL or data analysis tools.
- SAP BTP, CPI integration, CAP & RAP development, SAP Analytics Cloud.
Qualifications
- Skills in understanding and documenting business processes, with an interest in process optimization and workflow mapping.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and evaluating system and business requirements.
- Foundational consulting skills, including client interaction, requirement gathering, and presenting findings clearly.
- Skills in working with master data, including data accuracy, maintenance, and basic data governance practices.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn.
- Adaptability to dynamic project environments.
- Professional interest in SAP consulting and enterprise solutions.
