About the Role

Interface Mycrosystem is a growing technology and services organization focused on delivering practical, data-driven solutions. The Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Prayagraj.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and interpret data to support business decisions and project delivery.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Analyze trends.
• Identify issues or opportunities.
• Present clear findings to team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with project teams to define requirements.
• Document processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain records.
• Support internal and client-facing meetings with relevant analysis and documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools.
• Experience in creating reports, charts, and simple dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw practical conclusions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Prayagraj as part of a cross-functional team.
• Adaptability and attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in an analytical, operations, or consulting role is beneficial but not strictly required for strong entry-level applicants.
