About the Role

As a Junior Interior Designer, you will own your projects end-to-end, from the first client interaction to final closure. This role combines design thinking, customer empathy, and business ownership to create spaces customers love and drive measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into functional, aesthetic space plans.
• Own the complete design deliverables.
• Deliver an exceptional, trust-led customer experience.
• Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure clear, seamless project handover to execution teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Freshers or Designers with up to 1 year of experience in residential interiors (modular + space planning).
• Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15+ years of Academic education.
• Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
