About the Role
The Graduate Student role at Travelexic is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The individual will support event planning and operations by assisting with data entry, documentation, and coordination across backend teams and on-ground managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and coordination across backend teams and on-ground managers.
- Organize event information on the Travelexic platform.
- Track RFQs and budgets.
- Monitor registrations.
- Help resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Prepare reports and summaries.
- Learn to use Travelexic’s tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Actively participate in projects, contribute ideas, and develop skills in event management and technology-enabled operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail in managing event-related data and documents.
- Basic understanding of event planning or operations, with an interest in technology platforms and process optimization.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Dehradun, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate or final-year student in a relevant field (such as Business, Management, Hospitality, or Technology) is preferred.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to take initiative and learn from feedback.
