Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined intern to support ongoing digital initiatives across our Shopify website, Odoo ERP, mobile application, and internal process automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Website Management
• Make updates and improvements to the Shopify website as required.
• Modify website content, banners, layouts, and page designs.
• Implement minor code changes and troubleshoot frontend issues.
• Ensure the website remains functional, optimized, and user-friendly.
• Odoo Support & Troubleshooting
• Identify and resolve issues within our Odoo setup.
• Coordinate with external developers when required.
• Test implemented fixes and ensure smooth functionality of business workflows.
• Mobile App & Website Testing
• Conduct regular testing of the mobile application and website.
• Identify UI/UX issues, bugs, broken flows, and performance concerns.
• Document bugs clearly and maintain a bug-tracking sheet.
• Verify fixes after deployment and perform regression testing.
• Process Automation
• Understand existing office workflows and identify repetitive manual tasks.
• Suggest opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Design, implement, and test automations using appropriate no-code/low-code tools or scripts.
• Document automations for future use and maintenance.
• General Technical Support
• Assist with other technical projects and operational requirements as assigned by the team.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives.
