About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious VAPT Intern to join our cybersecurity team. This internship is suitable for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, web application security, and identifying security weaknesses in systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of web applications, APIs, networks, and other systems.
• Identify, validate, and document security vulnerabilities.
• Perform basic security testing using tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, OWASP ZAP, and other relevant tools.
• Research vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security best practices.
• Assist in preparing VAPT reports with findings, risk ratings, and remediation recommendations.
• Support retesting activities to verify whether identified vulnerabilities have been resolved.
• Follow established testing methodologies and responsible security testing practices.
• Collaborate with the security team on client assessment projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, web technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and common web application vulnerabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and security testing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn, research, and explore new security testing techniques.
• Prior experience with CTFs, cybersecurity labs, or personal security projects is an advantage.

Internship Details

• This is a 3–6 month paid internship offering a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
• The internship is suitable for students and fresh graduates pursuing or having completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
