About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst Java - Backend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and experienced technology professionals interested in Java backend development, software engineering, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, system integration, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based backend applications, services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation solutions, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend applications, or event-driven systems.
• Maven, Gradle, Git, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• CI/CD and modern Java backend technologies.
• Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts.
• OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, encryption, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• Application performance optimization, database tuning, connection pooling, caching strategies, scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, observability, and troubleshooting.
• ORM technologies, repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transactions, and backend data-access patterns.
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new Java technologies, backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java backend development, backend software development, software engineering, application development, API development, enterprise software, or related technology roles are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Internship, academic project, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, database project, microservices project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered.

Beneficial Skills/Exposure:
