About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst Backend Developer - Java for a full-time, on-site position in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for individuals interested in Java backend development, software engineering, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, system integration, automation, and modern backend-development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based backend applications, services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation solutions, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend applications, or event-driven systems.
• Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• CI/CD and modern Java backend technologies.
• Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java backend development, backend software development, software engineering, application development, API development, enterprise software, or related technology roles are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates currently holding roles such as Analyst Backend Developer - Java, Java Backend Developer, Backend Developer - Java, Java Backend Engineer, Backend Engineer Java, Java Software Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
