This is a paid, full-time remote Internship - Data Engineering role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the data engineering team in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources.
• Assist with data pipelines.
• Contribute to data models.
• Perform basic data quality checks.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Document processes.
• Learn best practices in data management.
• Participate in team meetings to understand how data powers AI-driven supply chain visibility and orchestration.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge of SQL or another query language.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
• Python and SQL that you have actually used on a dataset bigger than a CSV.
• You have built something with data, even a small thing, and can show us.

Qualifications

• Skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to interpret and work with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and support data-driven decisions.
• Skills in Data Management to organize, maintain, and ensure the integrity of data across systems.
• Skills in Data Modeling to help design and optimize data structures that support AI and reporting needs.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or anyone who has taught themselves and can show it.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity to learn.
• Interest in AI, data engineering, and supply chain technology.
• Curiosity about how goods move around the world.
