About the Role

Luxury travel is a rapidly growing industry, and Vara5 is building the world's finest network of travel curators, enhanced by AI technology. We are seeking ambitious graduates for our Apprenticeship Program, designed to train and develop individuals into skilled travel curators.

The Program

The Vara5 Apprenticeship Program offers a six-month paid training period for recent graduates. Apprentices will be trained by senior professionals in all aspects of luxury travel design and delivery, followed by hands-on experience with real client journeys. Upon successful completion, apprentices join Vara5 full-time in roles that typically require years of experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recent graduates of leading universities and hospitality schools (any discipline).

• No prior travel qualification or industry experience is required.

• A genuine love of travel.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong organization skills.

• Comfort with numbers.

• Ease with new technology.
