Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Communicate clearly and provide accurate information.
• Resolve queries and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain records and update information in the system.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
• Perform data entry and update records accurately in internal systems.
• Verify, review, and process information according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines while maintaining accuracy.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working night shifts from the office.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven B2B environment.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.

Qualifications

• Any graduate can apply (No B.Tech/B.E).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to 2.90 LPA Approx. (19,000/month in-hand).
• Both-side cab facility.
• Meal facilities.
• Fixed Saturday & Sunday off.
