Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customer, internal team, and Payment Service Provider (PSP) inquiries.
- Provide timely resolution for all escalated contacts, including transactions, tickets, issues, alerts, and others.
- Review and process all withdrawal requests as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- Proactively monitor failed payments and reconcile them before reprocessing or cancellation.
- Ensure payments made to processing centers and e-wallets are sent successfully and within timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams and cross-functionally to understand and resolve payments-related issues.
- Review and provide end-to-end resolution for all internal inquiries.
- Dispute credit/debit chargeback cases with appropriate responses based on network guidelines to recover and prevent losses.
- Monitor deposits and withdrawals functioning; report any technical issues.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong customer focus.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (oral and writing) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to deal with conflicts.
- Ability to adapt to changes & flexible to work in shifts.
- Must be a graduate.
