• Research
• Feasibility studies
• Demand-supply analysis
• Highest best use reports
• Financial Modeling concepts
• Client query handling.
• Report writing (e.g., Feasibility reports, market research reports).
• Conducting market surveys.
• Performing financial modeling.
• Creating presentations.
• Maintaining a database of projects, developers, and investors.
• Conducting site inspections.
• Performing presentation and documentation work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Self-driven individual with strong execution skills.
• Familiarity with Real Estate advisory concepts.
• Experience in report writing, market surveys, financial modeling, and making presentations.
• Database maintenance.
• Site inspection capabilities.
• Presentation and documentation skills.
