Technical Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer with strong expertise in programming, Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Java, and Python. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, with the ability to train students and aspiring software developers in programming fundamentals, coding techniques, and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on programming fundamentals, Java, Python, and Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Teach core programming concepts, including variables, data types, operators, loops, conditional statements, functions, and recursion.
• Explain object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction.
• Train students in DSA topics, including arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hashing, sorting, searching, and dynamic programming.
• Teach algorithm design, time complexity, space complexity, and Big-O notation.
• Develop coding assignments, practice problems, assessments, quizzes, and real-time programming exercises.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions using Java and Python.
• Prepare students for coding assessments, technical interviews, and campus placement drives.
• Guide learners in competitive programming and problem-solving techniques.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track learning progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends, programming technologies, and software development best practices.
• Mentor students in mini-projects, debugging, code optimization, and logical thinking.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming.
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Good understanding of DBMS, SQL, and basic computer science fundamentals.
• Knowledge of searching, sorting, recursion, backtracking, trees, graphs, greedy algorithms, and dynamic programming.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, GeeksforGeeks, or CodeChef.
• Understanding of time and space complexity analysis.
• Ability to create structured learning materials and coding practice modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications or demonstrated expertise in programming and DSA will be an advantage.

Experience

• Freshers with strong programming knowledge and excellent teaching abilities may apply.
• Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, teaching, or software development is preferred.
• Experience in campus placement training and technical interview preparation is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong and enthusiastic trainer who can combine programming expertise with practical teaching methods. The candidate should be comfortable solving coding problems, explaining algorithms step by step, conducting hands-on sessions, and helping learners build the confidence required to succeed in software development roles.
