Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to every customer visiting the branch.
• Provide guidance and support to customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their visit.
• Collect and document customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a courteous and approachable attitude while resolving basic customer queries or directing them to the concerned department.
• Uphold company service standards, ensuring a positive brand image at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th Standard) or Diploma.
• Graduate degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles will be an added advantage.

Age: 20 - 35

Salary: Starting From 18,000
