PrEqt is a digital investment platform designed to connect HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, AIFs, and institutional investors with curated investment opportunities, company insights, and research across private and public capital markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a curious, proactive, and highly motivated individual to collaborate closely with the founder and technology team. This role will involve overseeing the development, functionality, design, and continuous improvement of PrEqt. This is not a conventional product management or coding role. We value curiosity, creativity, ownership, and the ability to transform ideas into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Oversight: Monitor website and mobile app development, functionality, enhancements, and timelines.
• Innovation & Research: Explore fintech platforms, competitor offerings, and digital trends to propose innovative features and improvements.
• Tech Team Coordination: Communicate requirements, track deliverables, coordinate with developers, and ensure timely execution.
• UI/UX Improvement: Review layouts, navigation, investor journeys, dashboards, and the overall platform experience.
• Testing & Quality: Identify bugs, test new features, coordinate fixes, and ensure smooth platform operations.
• Strategic Execution: Work directly with the founder, convert ideas into action points, and assume ownership from planning to implementation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis, strategy, operations, consulting, technology coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Curiosity about technology, digital platforms, and user experience.
• Ability to coordinate with developers, manage timelines, and independently execute tasks.
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Trello, Notion, or AI tools is an advantage.
• Interest in financial markets, investing, or fintech is preferred.
• Coding knowledge or prior product management experience is not mandatory.
