Trainee Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate transactions related to Pension products within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize resources such as technical documentation, system applications, colleagues, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Analyze internal and external correspondence to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Perform additional job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Identify and recommend process and procedural improvements.
• Ensure effective workload management and same-day processing to minimize potential financial losses.
• Adhere to compliance requirements, information security standards, internal policies, external statutory regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver work accurately and efficiently to meet or exceed quality expectations, contributing to enhanced client satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders to strengthen ownership, improve efficiency, and support seamless operations.
• Comply with PGS policies and demonstrate flexibility to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Ability to multitask and make effective decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BBA/BCom (any background) students only, 2025/26 batch pass-out students.
• Minimum of 50% or equivalent CGPA across all academic levels (10th, 12th, Diploma, and Graduation).
• No live Backlogs/ATKT.
• Full-time education during academic stages (10th, 12th, Diploma, and Graduation).
• More than 1-year education gap is not allowed.
• Has not appeared in a PGS interview for the last 6 months.
• Student should not be looking to apply for a full-time MBA/M.Com in the next ~2 years.

Additional Information

• CTC: 3,50,000 including 10% Variable Pay/Prin Pay.
• Shift timings: Night shift (candidates should be flexible to work in night shift & rotational time provided).
