About the Role

We are hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Charlotte, NC team as Entry-Level Marketing & Fundraising Associates. This position focuses on representing nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face marketing and fundraising campaigns inside retail locations. You'll help raise awareness for meaningful causes, engage with customers, and encourage community support through donations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations in retail environments
- Engage with customers and promote charitable causes
- Educate individuals about fundraising campaigns and initiatives
- Encourage donations and assist with supporter enrollments
- Work toward individual and team fundraising goals
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, outgoing, and motivated attitude
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions
- Goal-oriented and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
