About the Role
The Judge Group is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales - Entry or Junior Level representative to join their growing team at Judge Direct Placement in West Chester, PA. This role offers an opportunity to learn professional recruiting, build client and candidate relationships, and develop skills in sales, recruiting, and account management within a collaborative team environment.
Base Draw: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 USD Annually
Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: $60,000 - $80,000
- Year 2: $85,000 - $115,000
- Year 3 and beyond: $100,000 - $400,000

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Cultivate and expand a client base through strategic outreach including video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings.
- Relationship Building: Identify and nurture new business opportunities with key client hiring managers and senior executives.
- Recruitment Management: Recruit, evaluate, and place industry professionals in full-time roles. Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present them to clients, and manage the hiring process for both clients and candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person to qualify them for client positions.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Expand and maintain the existing client base, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospective business and securing qualified opportunities.
