Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients with professionalism and enthusiasm in a retail setting.
- Connect with customers to introduce products, services, and current promotions.
- Answer customer questions and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and communication.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily performance and customer experience goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation.
