Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour.
- Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums: Ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
