What The Role Entails

What You Will Be Doing
- Support senior researchers in delivering studies end-to-end, using methods such as player surveys, focus groups, interviews, and playtests.
- Help scope and prepare research, draft and test questionnaires, check survey links and logic, and run quality control, including proofing, data cleaning, and sense-checking.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, translating it into actionable insights: clear charts, concise slides, short written summaries, and an explanation of project impact.
- Coordinate with vendors for fieldwork or help prepare and run playtests and focus groups directly in our LA lab, managing participant logistics.
- Support reporting and readouts, ensuring findings reach stakeholders in a usable format.
- Take on increasing ownership as you learn and grow.
What You Will Get Out of It
- Work on a range of titles with a mentor providing regular feedback.
- End-to-end experience on live projects, from research question to debrief conversations.

- Comfortable with numbers, able to work confidently in quant, spot outliers, and clean datasets.
- Good communicator, able to simplify complex findings in writing and verbally.
- Organized and detail-focused.
- You play games, or are genuinely curious about player motivations.
