Financial Planning Analyst

About the Role

The Finance Development Program (“FDP”) is designed for early career professionals to gain broad and well-rounded learning experiences to prepare them for future leadership roles at Mauser Packaging Solutions. The program lasts 2-3 years, with rotations of approximately 6-12 months each, designed to enhance technical and leadership skills across various finance disciplines at the Corporate, Group, and Plant levels.

Program Goals

• Experience broad and cross-functional opportunities across multiple finance disciplines.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the business and build relationships across the finance team.
• Develop a broad foundation within a manufacturing environment.
• Enhance analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skillsets through ongoing coaching.
• Receive mentorship for professional development and advancement readiness.
• Learn quickly and deliver results in each rotation.
• Participate in “Lunch & Learns” and build relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing various rotations to enhance technical and leadership skills.
• Gaining exposure to various finance disciplines at Corporate, Group, and Plant levels.
• Engaging with different aspects of Finance within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Communication skills and presence; ability to express oneself clearly and concisely.
• Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change.
• Driven to succeed; motivated to grow career at Mauser Packaging Solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of ethics and integrity.
• Prior work experience not required, although roles are also open to individuals with work experience.
