Field Sales Representative

About the Role

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to provide expertise and educate potential customers on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. This role involves identifying homeowner challenges and presenting Leaf Home solutions. Target earnings range from $55,000 to $100,000+.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily, canvassing, and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
