About the Role
Firstport Company is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Brand Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join their operations team. This full-time, hands-on, and fast-paced role is ideal for someone eager to learn the behind-the-scenes processes of apparel production, order fulfillment, and e-commerce logistics within a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new inventory.
- Apply tags, labels, and packaging to apparel according to brand standards.
- Support quality control by checking products for defects before shipping.
- Help with special projects, such as seasonal launches or promotional events.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks in the warehouse, including restocking, organizing, and upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and fulfillment areas.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting boxes (up to 30 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Interest in fashion, apparel production, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, 5 days per week: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
- Paid hourly: $18-$23.
- Potential for expanded responsibilities based on performance.
