About the Role

Arch Events is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant (Entry Level) to join their team. This role will contribute to the planning and execution of field marketing and consumer interaction initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in understanding the complete marketing methodology to drive sales strategies. By leveraging company-provided hands-on training, you will actively contribute to achieving business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• In-person fieldwork with direct consumers to drive marketing and sales numbers
• Engage directly with consumers in person
• Assist with organizing promotional events
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

• Already living within commutable distance to the Galleria area and ready to work full-time
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
