About the Role
Accomation.io is a growing fintech company building smart pre-accounting automation integrated with Tally ERP. We are seeking a Customer Support Executive passionate about helping customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls and emails
- Provide remote product assistance and screen-sharing support to customers
- Guide customers through onboarding and basic product training
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions
- Perform follow-ups to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve the product
Qualifications
- Commerce graduate (B.Com/BBA)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-first attitude
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Tally ERP or accounting software exposure is a bonus
Training will be provided.
