About the Role

PHP InfoSec is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our ISP management and billing software. The ideal candidate will generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and digital campaigns
• Identify and approach ISPs, broadband providers, and cable operators
• Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in the CRM
• Support customers during onboarding and coordinate with internal teams
• Plan social media, email, and other marketing activities
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field
• Fresh graduates only—no previous work experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and video calls
• Basic knowledge of social media, email, spreadsheets, and computers
• Self-motivated, confident, organised, and willing to learn
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Interest in technology, software, sales, and digital marketing
