About the Role

This is a 2027 Graduate Civil Engineer opportunity at Mott MacDonald, located in Pensacola, FL. Participants will join the Blueprint new graduate program, a structured three-year development journey.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• Preferred: successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
• Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork

Location & Work Policy

• Position is located in Pensacola, FL.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the office.
• Hybrid working policy requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
