About the Role
NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Representative. This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional skills in marketing, customer engagement, brand awareness, and client representation in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands, products, and services through professional face-to-face interactions.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns at retail locations and events.
- Engage with customers and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist with customer acquisition and onboarding initiatives.
- Communicate client messaging and promotional information effectively.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve marketing and customer engagement goals.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and promotional activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
- Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
