Internal Audit, Full-Time Analyst, Dallas

About the Role

Citi's Internal Audit Group is looking for Full-Time Analysts to join the team in Dallas, Texas. The Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational leadership program providing development-focused opportunities coupled with structured classroom training, mentoring, and individual development.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across core audit areas (e.g. Finance, Markets & Services, Tech, Business Enablement & AI, Legal, Compliance & Risk, etc.)
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting
• Complete audit workpapers, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s between December 2026 and June 2027.
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

• At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred.

Finance education or experience a plus.
