About the Role
Join Citi’s Markets Operations team and gain hands-on experience supporting the processes that keep Citi’s global markets business running smoothly. You will play an integral part in the trade lifecycle, from initial execution through final settlement, working closely with Front Office, Technology, internal and external clients, and Global Operations. This role offers exposure to Citi’s markets business and a pathway for long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently for clients.
- Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions.
- Perform essential checks to safeguard the business and contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.
- Work with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front-to-back experience.
- Develop an understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and trading systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/University degree. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred; other disciplines considered with relevant skills/interest.
