Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary

Qualifications

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Available shifts: Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing, Overnight

Location: Walmart Supercenter #365 5520 HIGHWAY 80 E, PEARL, MS, 39208, US

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
