About the Role
This is a Trainee position focused on Procurement and Data Analytics within Siemens Energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Omterra procurement transition activities and related documentation updates.
- Assist Strategic Buyer in gathering, updating, and following up on supplier contracts.
- Manage and maintain Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and related records.
- Create and maintain the Procurement department dashboard reporting using Digital Tools (Factory KPI’s).
- Support data analysis and reporting activities for Strategic Procurement.
- Create presentations and progress reports for procurement initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement and process standardization projects.

- Data analysis or dashboard management
- English (Fluent or advanced - B1)
Qualifications
- Academic Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Recently graduated or no more than 1 year experience.
- Internship or practical experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Data Analytics, or cross-functional projects is considered a plus.
