Recruiter

About the Role

• Full-time, on-site Recruiter position in Littleton.
• Preferred hours are 7-3 pm, with flexibility to 8-4 pm or 9-5 pm.
• Pay: $60-67k, with bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire for high volume manufacturing and hourly call center positions (estimated 200-300 annual hires depending on turnover).
• Partner with and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and their recruiting efforts.
• Develop a pool of hourly candidates for future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate database and applicant files.
• Implement creative and cost-effective recruiting methods to attract and retain candidates.
• Manage all ad placements.
• Analyze and meet recruiting objectives to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Communicate recruiting status updates to hiring managers and management.
• Communicate recruiting issues (e.g., candidate declines due to salary, hours, schedules) to management.
• Assist with the development or changes to recruiting, retention, or adherence programs.
• Conduct new hire orientations, process background checks, and administer drug screening tests.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process from sourcing to hire, including follow-up.
• Support location employees and the management team with Human Resources needs.
• Support the Human Resources Manager with onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, safety, morale programs, and general HR issues.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, converse) is REQUIRED.
• High volume recruiting experience (agency experience is acceptable).
• 6+ months of high-volume, entry-level hourly recruiting experience.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Must possess strong time management skills.
