About the Role
This role at 77 Plastic Surgery involves turning inquiries into consultations that lead to patient bookings. You will be responsible for handling cost, timing, fear, and “still looking” objections, booking the right people, and confirming their appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Run calls to convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.
- Handle discussions about cost, timing, and patient hesitation.
- Book qualified individuals for surgical consultations.
- Confirm all booked appointments.
- Work on-site in Hayes Valley, San Francisco.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Power dialer usage.
- Call recording and coaching participation.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling elective healthcare or coordinating patients.
- Mandarin or Spanish language proficiency (a plus).
- Ability to empathize with patients regarding their appearance concerns.
- Comfortable working in a demanding environment with direct feedback and performance measurement.
- Willingness to have calls recorded and coached.
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 hourly, non-exempt position.
- Base pay: $5,000 a month for a 40-hour week.
- Pay range: $60,000 to $138,000 per year, based on performance (0 to 30 qualified consultations per week).
- Commission: $50 for every qualified consultation that shows.
- Estimated annual earnings: around $112,000 at standard performance, up to $138,000 at 30 consultations per week.

Work Schedule
- Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Pacific Time.
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time.
- Includes a one-hour meal break.
- Sunday and Monday off.

- The individual attends their first consultation.
- They express interest in a procedure offered by 77 Plastic Surgery.
- They are able to travel to San Francisco.
