About the Role

FISART is a cross-border investment bank for company sales, focusing on the German-speaking market. We support companies in their exit process, from classic SMEs to e-commerce brands and SaaS/software firms. We employ a structured, institutional sales process previously unavailable to smaller companies. By consistently using AI, we make this process affordable and accessible. Our US base connects German-speaking sellers with international buyers. The human element in negotiations, assessments, and collaboration remains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear and prioritized roadmap from the existing marketing foundation.
  • Manage and improve existing SEO and GEO content, as well as lead magnets.
  • Build a relevant newsletter and suitable email sequences for existing and new contacts.
  • Conduct regular discussions with the Founding Team and Transaction Team to transform their knowledge into understandable content.
  • Plan and produce articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, and lead magnets in German and English.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to develop case studies, presentations, follow-up content, and other materials for recurring questions and objections.
  • Evaluate new channels and formats such as video, PR, events, paid campaigns, or digital learning offerings, and prioritize them by expected benefit.
  • Utilize AI tools for research, structuring, and production, and review their results for factual and linguistic accuracy.
  • Measure qualified inquiries, conversions, and the contribution of individual measures to the sales pipeline.
  • Decide jointly which tasks should be handled internally and when external specialists are beneficial.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Fluent German, at least C1 level (mandatory).
  • Good English skills.
  • Experience in independently implementing a marketing project, campaign, or channel.
  • Ability to understand complex topics and explain them clearly.
  • Interest in economics, entrepreneurship, and financial topics. (Experience in M&A is not required).
  • Ability to prioritize independently and take responsibility for results.
  • Practical work approach coupled with the ability to judge which tasks yield the greatest benefit.
  • Proficient in using AI tools and critically evaluating their output.
  • Focus on measuring marketing efforts by qualified demand and sales impact, not just reach.
  • Experience in SEO, GEO, Content Marketing, Newsletter, Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Demand Generation, Analytics, or B2B Marketing is helpful.
  • A classic marketing CV is not decisive. Good decisions, clear communication, and the willingness to quickly learn a demanding topic are more important.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) at a minimum C1 level is mandatory.
  • Ability to understand complex topics and explain them clearly.
  • Interest in economics, entrepreneurship, and financial topics.
  • Ability to prioritize independently and take responsibility for results.
  • Proficiency with AI tools.
  • Desire to measure marketing by qualified demand and sales impact.
  • A strong existing skill in one or more areas such as SEO, GEO, Content Marketing, Newsletter, Email Marketing, LinkedIn, Demand Generation, Analytics, or B2B Marketing.
