Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
About the Role
Join a busy specialty production pharmacy team in Oakland Gardens, NY. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy ensuring patients receive medications accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill, label, package, and prepare prescription medications
- Assist pharmacists with processing and fulfilling prescriptions
- Prepare blister packs and unit-dose medications
- Organize, stock, and maintain medication inventory
- Verify prescription accuracy and patient information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks
- Communicate with team members and occasionally assist with patient calls
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 0–3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- Entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply!
- Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB, CPhT, or similar) preferred but not required
- Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one, as applicable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Schedule & Pay
- Pay: $21–$23 per hour
- Location: Oakland Gardens, NY (Onsite)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Weekends: None
