About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize client tax exposure and maximize opportunities.
- Conduct research on tax issues and ensure compliance with current tax laws.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide clear explanations of tax requirements.
- Support the team with accounting and consulting projects as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Tax Accountant role.
- Experience with individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Familiarity with oil and gas, construction, and real estate industries.

Qualifications
- Recent college graduate with a relevant internship in tax or accounting, OR 3 to 4 years of professional tax experience.
- CPA designation preferred for experienced candidates (recent graduates can work toward CPA licensure).
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
