Management Trainee Rental Sales

About the Role
The Rental Management Trainee program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, providing general Rental Management training alongside specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
- Maintaining current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
- Generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
- Managing all rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
- Meeting overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
- Reconciling customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the customer base.
- Performing the role of On-Call Representative on a voluntary basis or as scheduled.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer literate (intermediate) required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar related degree.
- One (1) year or more of customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program.
