Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Operations Specialist will support the smooth running of daily business processes related to the Matrushakti Baby Feeding Pod. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational processes.
• Liaise with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Monitor inventory and supply chains.
• Analyze process data and identify optimization potential.
• Collaborate closely with management to establish efficient standards.
• Ensure parents receive Matrushakti products reliably and in high quality.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills: Ability to evaluate processes, interpret key figures, and derive improvements.
• Communication & Collaboration: Clear, appreciative communication skills and effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Sales & Service Orientation: Experience in sales or sales-adjacent areas is helpful for aligning operational processes with customer satisfaction and sales development.
• Operations & Project Management: Knowledge in operations management and project management to structure processes, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines.
• Additional Requirements:
• A degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields is desirable.
• Good IT user skills (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP systems).
• A meticulous, solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility.
