Key Responsibilities
- AI & LLM Evaluation
- Test AI chatbots and conversational agents for correctness, relevance, consistency, and instruction-following.
- Identify hallucinations, unsupported answers, prompt failures, and context-retention issues in multi-turn conversations.
- Validate language consistency across English, Hindi, and Hinglish, including language-switching scenarios.
- Design edge cases, negative tests, and unexpected-input scenarios.
- Voice AI & Conversational Testing
- Test real-time voice agents and AI avatar interactions across end-to-end conversation flows.
- Validate the voice pipeline: Speech-to-Text (STT), LLM response generation, and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
- Check response latency, speech quality, interruptions, silence, background noise, and users speaking over the agent.
- Test session behaviour, connection failures, and reconnection scenarios.
- API & Functional Testing
- Test REST APIs using Postman; validate payloads, HTTP status codes, authentication, and error handling.
- Create positive, negative, boundary-value, and regression test cases.
- Perform basic SQL checks and validate relevant data when required.
- Report defects with clear reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, and supporting logs.
- Test Automation & Quality Reporting
- Learn and contribute to UI/API automation using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Write reusable automated tests, run regression suites, and investigate failures.
- Use Git-based workflows and learn how automated tests fit into CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare test plans, test data, execution reports, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
