Software Quality Analyst, Manual Testing

About the Role

RTAC is looking for a Software Quality Analyst to evaluate applications, validate business workflows, and ensure a smooth user experience. The role involves hands-on testing of software products, identifying functional gaps, and working with development teams to deliver dependable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Verify application workflows, business rules, data accuracy, and user interfaces.
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps and track them through resolution.
• Retest fixes and validate application updates before release.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to improve software quality.

Qualifications

• Understanding of manual testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Familiarity with test case preparation and defect-tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, API testing, or browser developer tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Freshers with testing knowledge or relevant academic projects are encouraged to apply.
