About the Role

• Use selling skills to connect, engage, and inspire every customer.
• Help customers with their client’s hair care solutions.
• Provide information and instruction about products.
• Share new product launches.
• Set up merchandising displays.
• Restock shelves.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote the credit card and explain its benefits for the stylist.
• Maintain a professional store environment.
• Work with peers and Store Leader to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf Purpose and Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates and customers are creative and passionate about beauty.
• The position requires some physical exertion such as:
• Long periods of standing.
• Walking.
• Recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and odors upon occasion.
