Software Engineer Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer Intern role at Sanskar Growth Solutions (SGS) in the Pune Division. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing software components that support digital growth systems and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing clean and maintainable code.
• Debugging and resolving issues.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Collaborating with senior engineers on back-end web development tasks.
• Working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Documenting technical solutions.
• Learning best practices in software development, deployment, and version control.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
• Knowledge of Software Development practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
• Basic experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development, such as APIs, server-side frameworks, or relational/non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, cloud platforms, or DevOps tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and databases.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
